About Us.
Our Journey
Founded on 14 March 1998, Meru Perkasa Sdn Bhd (MPSB) began operations as an infrastructure services contractor, operating from a shoplot at Rawang Integrated Industrial Park, Rawang.
Obtained CIDB Grade G7 licence, marking MPSB’s entry as a full-fledged building and infrastructure main contractor with capability to undertake projects of unlimited value and scale.
Awarded its first high-rise development project at Taman Pelangi, Rawang.
Awarded its first government purpose-built building project in Gombak.
Achieved ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification, reinforcing its commitment to quality and operational excellence.
Appointed as the first township contractor for Twin Palms, Sungai Long, commencing construction of the Club House and Phase 1 development.
Upgraded to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, aligning operations with international best practices.
Achieved an order book exceeding RM150 million.
2023 - 2024
Multiple completed projects achieved QLASSIC scores above 80%, reflecting high standards of workmanship and construction quality.
Attained ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) certifications.
Awarded 5-Star SHASSIC rating by CIDB, recognising outstanding occupational safety and health performance.
Relocated headquarters to Plaza Mont Kiara on 2 November, marking a significant milestone in corporate growth.
Achieved a total order book exceeding RM330 million.
